New career

Gli studenti che incontriamo non hanno bisogno di programmi scolastici sempre più complessi, ma di avere un ampio accesso al mondo reale della liuteria professionale. Hanno bisogno di tempo e spazio per riflettere sulle loro esperienze che vivono e per usare l'immaginazione e la pratica per trovare il significato personale della loro carriera di liutaio. I nostri semplici consigli e metafore, sono solo immagini che li guideranno mentre imboccano il loro cammino, che molto spesso non coinciderà con il luogo dove noi volevamo condurli. Noi maestri possiamo solo aiutarli a esplorare cose nuove e ad affrontare la carriera che sono più interessati a perseguire, ma sono loro ad aver bisogno di trovare ciò che vogliono veramente.

The students we meet do not need increasingly complex curricula, but to have broad access to the real world of violin-making. They need time and space to reflect on their experiences and to use imagination and practice to find a personal meaning of their career. Our simple advices and metaphors, are just images that will guide them on their path, and not where we would like to lead them. Above all, they need to find what they really want, we can only help them explore new things and face the career they are most interested in pursuing.
